1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using DelegAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DelegAI is an AI coaching assistant that connects to third-party AI models (OpenAI, OpenRouter) using your own API key. The Service provides a chat interface, conversation history, and optional web search functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

• API Key: You are responsible for securing your own API key. DelegAI stores your key to route your requests but is not responsible for costs incurred if your key is exposed or stolen.
• Content: You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the content you upload. Do not use the Service for illegal activities, harassment, or sharing sensitive personal information.
• Compliance: You must comply with OpenAI's, OpenRouter's, and Tavily's respective terms of service when using their APIs through DelegAI.
• Age: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

4. Payment & Subscription

The Service is offered at £7/month (or equivalent). You are responsible for your own API usage costs charged by OpenAI or OpenRouter. DelegAI is not responsible for these third-party charges. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

DelegAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Service is an AI tool and responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The operator of DelegAI (Future Intelligence Systems Ltd) shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made based on AI-generated content
• API key exposure or associated costs
• Data loss or service interruption
• Third-party API downtime or errors

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or harmful outputs. You should always verify critical information from authoritative sources. The AI does not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
